We develop real estate and offer multi year lease contracts.
We make sure everyone gets the same quality and minimize expenses by doing a detailed design before signing your contract. This way you know exactly what you’ll get, and your rent will be fairly set.
This is what sets us apart. An early detailed design is rarely done because of the costs associated with it. This isn’t a problem for us since we are the architects and engineers which other real estate developers employ externally.

Our society isn’t going to make it through the challenges we face if our companies aren’t rooted in honesty, good morals and true fairness.
The aging population is increasing rapidly and in the coming 20 years the world needs retirement homes for up to 1 billion elderly.
Our Buildings
Our building concept is an inviting home like environment while at the same time a discreet but state-of-the-art workplace for the staff who run the care.
Our buildings consist of 40 to 100+ apartments in L-shape, I-form, + shape or T-shape.
Ready in 1,5y
The buildings are on average ready for occupancy within 1,5 year from start of production.
Fixed lease agreements
We start with a piece of land and end up with a signed multi year lease agreement with a fixed yearly rent.
The costs of finding a suitable piece of land, applying for permits, planning the design and signing a lease contract is roughly *2,5% of the total value of a signed lease agreement including the value of the building.

Return on Investment
The return relative to the investment’s cost relative to the time needed for return is high.
Even if a worst case scenario is assumed and AlfaOmega only delivers one 15-year lease contract with a long term tenant the ROI is still about 15%.
